Established in 2000, Xiamen OTI Electronic Industry Co., Ltd. is specialized in producing all sorts of precise silicone products, which can be used in high temperature conditions, including O-rings, V-rings, U-rings, DH-rings, rubber shims, seals for thermos cup and other rubber products for daily life use.

Moreover, we also supply other rubber products, which are made with natural rubber and other organic elastomers that widely used in electronic, machinery, shower, metal, electrical equipment, automobile, mobile telecommunication and household daily life. Nowadays, we can supply more than 1,000 items, including O-rings standardized items meet AS-568, ISO9001 and Chinese standards. What is more, we keep a high development rate for more than 200 items a year. We supply products not only for domestic but also for overseas market.

We have a set of advanced rubber machinery, including intensive rubber mixers, rubber forming machine, rubber extrusion machine, rubber cutter, LSR injection moulding machine, pad printing machine, infrared reflow soldering oven, and hot-blast circulate counter oven. And we have a set of relevant testing machines that can be used to test the properties of rubber(tensile strength, elongation hardness, heat resistance, tear resistance, water resistance, fluid resistance, and compression set). Currently, we have the producing capability of 400,000 pieces a day, and increasing at a rate of 20%. Most of our products meet the requirement of ASTM, DIN, UL, FDA and NSF.
